Work on the projects of international organisations and institutions
Most IT and project work at international organisations and institutions is done by contractors working through consultancies. We put you on those projects, and support you along the way, through extensions and on to your next assignment.
Staff post or contractor?
Staff posts are filled through each organisation's or institution's own competitions and careers site. We don't recruit for those.
Contractors work on the same projects, in the same buildings or remotely. They are employed or contracted through a consultancy that holds a framework contract. That's the route we work on, and for most IT profiles it's the fastest way in.
Free for candidates
You never pay us anything. The consultancy or the organisation pays for our work.
There is no fee to register, no fee when you are placed and nothing to pay later. Rewriting your CV for each tender and the help with the paperwork are free too.
One profile, every bid it fits
One profile
You register once. We use that profile for every bid and every assignment it fits.
Your CV in every format
Every tender asks for its own CV template. We rewrite your CV for each one, and you check it before it's used.
Your experience, counted properly
Evaluators score the months of experience you have in each skill. We count them from your project dates, so you get full credit for what you've done.
Help with the paperwork
Availability statements, language levels, diplomas, security clearance, etc. We tell you what's needed and when.
You decide every time
Before your CV goes into a bid, we send you a message with the organisation or institution, the role, the daily rate and the consultancy. You decide whether to go ahead with each opportunity.
When we put you forward for a running contract, it works the same way.
One bid per lot
An organisation or institution can reject an expert who appears in two competing bids for the same lot. We keep track of every bid so that never happens to you.
Before your CV goes into a bid, we check whether you are already named in another bid for that lot. If you are, we don't send it and we tell you why.
What tenders usually ask
Every contract sets its own requirements. These come up most often.
- Experience. A set number of years in the role, and months per skill.
- Languages. English almost always, often French or German, stated as levels such as B2 or C1.
- Nationality. Some contracts require citizenship of a member state of the organisation.
- Security clearance. Some on-site roles need it, or the willingness to apply for it.
- Education. A degree, or extra years of experience instead.

Questions candidates ask
Do I need to speak French?
Not always. English is enough for many projects, but French helps a lot in Brussels and Luxembourg. Each assignment states the language levels it needs.
Can I work remotely?
Some contracts are remote or hybrid. Many roles inside the organisation's own buildings are on site. Each assignment says which.
What do intra-muros and extra-muros mean?
Intra-muros means working on the organisation's own premises, inside its team. Extra-muros means working from the contractor's office or from home.
Will I be employed or freelance?
Both are possible. It depends on the contract and on what you prefer: on a payroll, or on a freelance contract.
What does it cost me?
Nothing. The consultancy or the organisation pays for our work.
Can you get me a staff post?
No. Staff posts go through each organisation's or institution's own selection. We place contractors.
